Thread: Ads are being created although they haven't paid via PayPal

Ads are being created although they haven't paid via PayPal

For some reason people can submit their ads without finishing paying through PayPal. Immediately after they click "continue" on the "review your listing" page, I get notification of a new ad posted and they haven't paid for it. They don't even need to get to the Paypal submit button to have their ad posted for review on my site. How can I ensure they've paid before I receive email notification and the ad gets added to my site for review? http://wisconsinfindaguide.com/
