Advertising settings do not work

Hello.

I can not make image settings

Dashboard -> Classipress -> Settings -> Advertising

I activate the head advertisement and would like to select an image.
Upload Image -> Media Libery

I choose a picture, but it is not taken.

I have tried different files.

I have disabled all plugins.

But I get nothing displayed on the page.

The page is only moved. See this....
