All/Any option Checkbox with Classipress

Hi,

I have some questions here related to Classipress:

1. I'm just wondering if there is any way to create a field value called "ALL or ANY" . For example, while refining the results, the user wants to look in ALL states of USA. There should be a box called "All" , instead of checking boxes one by one.

2. The Custom field "Price" (with its Adv search feature) in Classipress by default is very useful. I was wondering if I can give it a different name(instead of Price) to some other categories. The idea is to keep this(please see below), but with different name in each category.

3. Is there any way to move my right side widget to the left? Because the one on the right disappears as soon as a user starts browsing through the ads/categories(because of the Adv search feature). I want a widget(it's gonna include information related to the categories) that appears in all pages of the website. The user doesn't have to go back to "Home" to find this information.
