Allow Ad Editing..

Hello,

I noticed that when I made an test account user, that even though I have allow ad editing set to "No" (due to not being able to approve edited ads) it still is allowing users to edit their ads.. Was wondering why this is happening or if by chance it is a bug? I still have ad editing set to "No" if anyone wants to try it yourself at http://www.pinposts.com/classipresssb/.
