Allowing a user to post an ad to multiple categories? (like Vantage)

Hi there,

Scenario: A user wants to advertise his Miami condo. On my site, I have categories like 'Miami Real Estate', 'Miami Vacation Rentals', 'Miami Condos'

Instead of forcing the user to create the same ad in 3 different categories, is it possible to do the reverse? When creating an ad, the user can have the option to publish to multiple (1 or more) categories automatically? Here's what I am thinking of, something like this right in the ad creation page

Categories (choose 3 categories)

[x] Miami Real Estate
[x] Miami Vacation Rentals
[ ] Miami Houses
[x] Miami Condos

To put in another way, instead of having a 1 ad to 1 category relationship...is it possible to have a 1 ad to many categories relationship without having to re-create the ad multiple times?
