Assign a moderator?

Hello,
Is it possible for me to assign a moderator (user) in my classipress installation that can access the admin area and moderate adds and comments?

Is there a plugin i can use or is it possible within classipress? When i try using a plugin it keeps telling the moderator that the admin does not allow access to the admin area (or something like that).

Anyone who can help me?
