Blank screens on 'some' blogs after install on wpmu

I just purchased the ultimate template tonight. I am using wpmu. I installed it through wp and it gave me a white screen. I then uploaded via ftp and it worked fine. I was not using it on the main site but set it up on a sub domain blog. It was a white screen for a bit then it worked... I didn't do anything??... Got to play with it and get to know it and it was working fine.

I created another sub blog through my main admin and switched to the template and got the white screen again and its stayed that way. After playing around with no luck I switched the main template to classipress and now its white screen and I can't get into my admin to change it back. I had turned all plugins off before with no luck.

My site is www.missionclassified.com and the sub that is working now is www.test.missionclassified.com and the one that's not is www.demo.missionclassified.com.

Does it have to be run on the main site in order to use it on sub domains?
