Built in search bar not working

Hi, I have a site www.islandautotrader.co.uk and you will see the search bar in its predefined position at the top. We have something really weird going on. If we enter a users nick-name i.e. Central Garage is should bring up all their cars, correct? It used to. Now it brings up nothing at all. However if you search for Citroen you will see lots of cars listed by Central Garage and if you click the nickname one of the ads it brings up all their cars, pages of them? Also you can do this with MGM if you go via the search bar it brings up one car however if you click the nickname MGM on one of their ads it brings up 2 pages of cars? Can anyone please help it is driving us round the bend!! Many Thanks Martin
