Business needs

Hi,

I would like to know if on the marketplace, there is the plugins that can help me to achieve these needs:

- Limit the maximum ads that can post into a categorie or sub-categorie for some type of account (Particular and Business «But paying if it exceeds the authorized limit» )
- Make certain categories pay during a fixed period. Indeed, I wish each category had its price.
- make that the days on which each ad will be listed depend of the categorie
