Can admin approve mails through contact form? Getting spam :(

Hi,

I'm getting a load of spam sent through the Contact Advertiser form, I have a captcha set up etc but for some reason they are still managing to get through. I've tried banning the ip's in question from the site but they keep coming through from different ip's. Is there any way that I can change it so that admin needs to approve a contact through the form before it is sent on to the advertiser? I don't want my advertisers getting upset with all the spam they are receiving and this is all I can think of to help
