Can't add an ad package or a membership

I've just installed Classipress. I am trying to add an ad pack. When I fill in all the info and hit create new ad package, it loads a blank screen. It does the same with the membership packages.

Is it possible that some permissions to files or folders need to be changed? and if so, which ones.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
