    I can't get an outsider to post any ads!

    I can't get an outsider to post any ads! I have no clue what is going on.

    They register, once signed in, choose a pack, then they get a message saying they are not allowed to post anything.
    I've tried uninstalling and re-installing dev, and the same thing happens.

    I've also tried switching between Membership pack and Ad Pack and it but that does not work either.
    I've got the a new user in the general setting set to Contributor.

    Please Help!!
