    Changing Theme Language

    So far, I followed every step in here https://www.appthemes.com/support/languages/
    I did download the files and I copy those files under `wordpress/wp-content/languages/` but didnt worked then I try to copy same files under `wordpress/wp-content/languages/themes` but this didnt worked also.

    Also I did change my `wp-config.php` added
    HTML Code:
    define ('WPLANG', 'tr_TR');
    where am I doing wrong? I am trying to change whole themes to be in Turkish instead of English.
