Classipress gateways?

I have been searching in forums and still have no answer for my question.
Well, Clasiipress has 2 default gateways: bank transfer and paypal. Which is great, it has its own checkout procedure for users etc.
But the thing is, and I found some people with the same problem: How do we add additional gateways to classipress?
The most used plugin woocommerce, where most of the gateways end up using, is not compatible with classipress. So, no gateways based on woocommerce available.
Plus, other gateways will not use, or replace, the checkout procedures used by default by classipress (one page - 3 steps)
How can people just add one extra gateway to the deafult classipress drop-down menu (paypal or bank transfer).
I think this is an important issue for everyone using classipress, found lots of questions on this but no answers...
