Classipress - How does ADMIN post an ad without being charged?

I've searched the forum but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I'm NEW obviously... I'd like to know how the ADMIN ( ME ) can place ads without being charged. Every time I go to POST AN AD... it wants to take me through the paypal payment area.

I have Unlimited Memberships activated and I've noticed in some areas it says something like... Change the USER membership by Admin only... However it wants a PACKAGE number and I don't know how to find

the membership package number and when I did just test a 1 with a date.... it still wants me to PAY for a membership or a single ad... I'm so confused..

I have Fixed Price Per Ad on.... and I have NO memberships required but I have memberships available for unlimited postings for xxx days... so people can buy a single ad or they can buy unlimited ads for xxdays...
But...

I as the ADMIN want to place my own ads but I don't know how without making a new user name and buying my own membership...

Someone please help this newbie...

Editing Addition: I also want to state I have NO FREE ADS ..... Everyone MUST buy a SINGLE ad or purchase an UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP....
