Classipress: Paypal issues with payment processing

I'm using CP 331 and
WP 361.
I switched on PayPal gateway on my test platform, I have a confirmed PayPal business account. Since Sept 17, 2013 PayPal accepts payments in Russian Rubles, so I added this currency to the code (/incudes/payments/utils/currencies.php). I use the sandbox mode, both IPN and PDT are on and set up.
I pay for a featured ad, money is charged from payer's account, PayPal reports everything is OK.
Issue #1: after the succesful payment I'm redirected to the same page I was at before the payment - something like
http://slando.dosko.ru/order/60072/ - and then ClassiPress decides to redirect me back to PayPal to pay the same order once again.
Issue #2: after the succesful payment the ad I was paying for is not marked as paid. Please note, both IPN and PDT are on.
How can both issues be fixed? If I can find any information I need in logs or anywhere else?
