    Classipress Upgrade by FTP?

    Can I upgrade my old version 3.0.5.3 to 3.1.9 via FTP?
    The process that I have in mind is:
    unzip class. folder and copy all files in old classipress's folder on the server (themes---> classipress)

    I read somewhere to upgrade from dashboard of the theme but I am not sure that is the best way

    someone may be so kindly to replay me?
