Clicking "Ad Post" results in "404 Page Not Found" Message

I replaced my existing Theme from another source with the latest version of ClassiPress today. Since I had a prior theme, there were some settings and plugins already installed.

I have left most of the ClassiPress settings alone. When I go to add a post, I see a 404 not found error message.

After searching the forums, I saw someone solved a similar problem by updating permalinks (http://forums.appthemes.com/beginner...ou-help-13071/). I have done that, but it does not seem to have solved the issue.

I have noticed that if I modify the URL of the 404 error to include index.php, I am able to get to a page for adding a classified ad.

Any advice?
