    CP 3.1 API hooks

    So i've held off installing 3.1 to a live site as my 3.0.5.3 version is modified to suit my requirements and AppThemes say that using the hooks will make upgrades easier, especially if you modify the theme like I have.
    Is there any documentation about how to use these hooks?
