Creating New Users & Ads

Hello, I'm adding users and their ads manually from my site but discovered that when I create and attribute them to users other than myself, the ad will show up for like a day and then go to "draft" on it's own.

Is there a reason this is doing this and how can I prevent? I've had to change the ads from draft back to active two times now and the only ad that stays active is the one that was created by the actual user.
