    Post Custom fields on GOOGLE Map

    Hi,
    Could someone tell me how to implement custom fields on Google Map, I have created a custom field Called "County" and add a drop down menu for that, I have put all the counties in my state and I want that Implemented on Google Maps. Any help will be really appreciated. One more thing I can't seem to find the Blog page in the admin dashboard of Wordpress, Need help thanks
