custom form fields that aren't available in 3.0.1

Ok, am I missing something?

In the 2.9.3 system there were fields for phone and URL now neither of those are available on the default form and when creating a custom form the fields don't show up as available for use.

Just wondering if this is missed or there is another way to use these that I am missing?
