Description field not showing on form

I have a site that has been running happily for a few years with Classipress 3.0.2 (http://ledburybedandbreakfast.info/). I haven't updated the theme because I modified it and have never managed to copy the look with later versions of Classipress.

It was working ok on Friday - at least a potential client says it was. But when she came to me for help adding her accommodation on Friday the description field was missing. That is, the box is missing but the title is there. (See screenshot below)

I've tried deleting the form and then remaking it - no different. I've viewed it in several different browser - no different.

Although I'm using an old version of CP I'm using the latest version of Wordpress. Is this some kind of non-compatibility issue? Has it happened to anyone else, and if so did you manage to get the field to show?

Any help would be most welcome.
