    Disable all Category parents including secondary parents.

    Just started using CP4 so this probably won't be the first query.

    Is it possible to disable all parent and sub-parent hyperlinks in the categories widget or categories templates?
    I'm using a child theme so I'm not concerned about modifying parent theme files.

    My WP site will use the default category layouts from your demo.
