    Displaying the publication time

    Hey. Now in the records the time of adding the publication is displayed as follows:
    11 years ago
    12 years ago
    ...
    01/27/2018

    I want to make sure that it does not display "11 years ago", but it was displayed: 12:00 on January 27, 2013, for example. How to do this?
