I don't want anybody to sign up and sign in

Hi i just purchased ClassiPress. Some questions:

1) Can i disable sign up and sign in? I want the visitor to able to post ad freely.

2) Any other way to approve Ad request? I only know to go to every post and publish it. Quite tiresome!

3) How can i remove "Classified Ads Software | Powered by WordPress" from the right bottom of the page? I thought after i purchased a theme, it will not be there anymore.

4) I am creating a website for visitor to post ad for free. However under "User manage profile" i can see as below. How do i disable this? Kinda weird if user post for free and see this on their dashboard.

Extended Profile
Active Membership Pack:
Custom Membership Pack active for the user. Can only be changed by admins.
Membership Pack Expires Date:
Date for unlimited/dealer posting (if enabled). Can only be changed by admins.
