Given that it includes complicated coding, I will refer it to the development team for proper guidance. I will refer it to the dev team as it might involve advanced code customization. I have reproduced the issue, and a ticket has also been opened for it. I'm only waiting for the development staff to complete the other tickets that are pending so they can start working on the fix.... I understand your frustration. I'll do my best to get in touch with the developers as soon as possible and let you know when the bug is fixed. I will inform the plugin creator about it. I'll request it from the development team.
