    Dynamic multi-level fields

    I have a couple of questions regarding this plugin. I do not have the child theme installed is there any issues with this plugin on classipress, or do I need to upgrade to child theme.
    Is it a straight forward activation or is there some setup involved?
    Can you only configure the countries you need and remove the countries you don't want?
