easiest way

on a single advert, you have a report and edit advert fa- in parts/actions.php. I can remove the fa-bullhorn etc for a title but this file doesn't appear to be editable if placed into a child theme, the main file always wins, what would be the best solution here?

also, what would be the best solution to have the share this ad social media icons display here?
