Edit Reply Takes Users to Backend

Hi,

I was on a dummy account and when a user wants to edit their reply to an ad, it would hypothetically take them to the backend but my settings blocks them from doing so. The following message they get is "Site administrator has blocked your access to the back-office." Any ideas so they can just edit on the front end?
