    Exclude/Hide Empty Categories

    Hi,
    In the drop-down menu and on the home page (directory style) categories menu, is it possible to exclude those categories that don't have any post in them yet? I still want the category to be an option when a user places an ad, I just don't want the site to look empty if I set-up a load of categories that don't have anything in them initially.
