Export a function into the childtheme

hello,

i have one short question:
how can i export a function from includes/actions.php into my child theme?

i mean the function on line 686 (function cp_adbox_336x280()).

I need here to insert a shortcode from my adserver and i found no other solution as overwrite die original function
