Feature an ad for limited time

Hello,

I wish to be able to choose the duration of the featured ad, but keeping the ad published.

For example: I want to set ads for 90 days, but if the user pays the featured option, the ad would be featured for 15 days. Later, the ad would keep staying published but not featured.

Is it possible? What I need is to set the sticky duration independently of the ad duration.
