    Featured Ad not working

    My featured ad scroller was originally working when I had it listed for free. I then selected the option to charge a fee for it and all ads disappeared. I went back and put some ads with the sticky but those don't show up in the scroller area either after making them sticky. Any idea or suggestions? I haven't changed any code just the options in the admin panel.
