featured ad with thumbnail pic and custom fields
Hi
I have a few questions.

1. Is it possible to add and thumbnail pic next to Featured Ad

2. can I change the name Featured Ad to premium Ad

3. In custom fields, in city section can I change it to drop menu instead of text box?
