Featured Ads cost is not displaying in post and summary from customer

I did search a little while if thats already answered/solved but couldn't find any suitable thread.
I do have price per category active and also the "Featured" is priced and active. Now when somebody uses some category (I think it doesnt matter which one) and also uses "Featured" option it lists right there the price but in the end on the summary only the category cost ist displayed. It might be something I did wrong on the translation that it doesnt show up not sure.
So customer only sees the category price in the end and in the E-Mail which is sent.
On the backend I can see in the overview the category price + featured. But when I go into this post/order it only shows the category price. Though there is noted that 2 services are bought just only the category price shows.
Is there maybe an easy fix for that or something I can do to change that behaviour?
