Featured Ads problem with Classipress

I have set up my site to only require a fee for adding the ad as featured.
Problem is as follows: If I uncheck the Feature slider option, the featured section is removed (as is normal I'm guessing), but none display if I purchase as a featured ad.

I would like to have it so they are regular ads, and once I purchase a featured ad, for it to show in the featured box!

Any idea how I get this to happen?
