Font Size and Font Style

Hello,

Is there a way to change the font size and font style of the names of sub-categories listed on my site?

I have read prior threads regarding changing the size of the fonts, based of other people's needs, however; I'm not proficient with code, and at this point, don't know where to go to gain access to rewrite any necessary lines of code.

Can you help?
