Form Layouts not working

Hello!

Function to add a Form Layout for ads ( /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ad_listing&page=layouts ) is not working. When we click to add, it shows a blank screen, seems that its not saving and there are no error messages. Even without the possibility to add a new form, it should show a default one, but thats not working as well, there are no forms at that page.

Aditional info:
- already tried to re-activate classipress
- Wordpress 4.4.1 (latest so far)
- Classipress 3.5.2 (latest so far)
- not using child theme
- not using a cache plugin
- not a local issue, already tried with another browser
- didnt modified any file
