fresh install wp 3.2.1 and cp 3.1.5

I am getting the following error message when first installing the Classipress theme (v3.1.5) on a fresh Wordpress install (v3.2.1)

Other problems follow when I try to navigate the site and post an ad, etc., however, I don't think it's worth posting any of that unless/until I can get past this error. Anyone have any ideas?
