Getting Started with Ad Packs
Hi All,
Initially I was wanting to have the following setup for Ad Packs:
1) Free Listing for 365 days, no website fields, no email, no images etc. Just a Basic listing, in the hope that eventually they would upgrade.
2) Standard Listing for 365 Days (Paid Listing - Say $20), website fields, email, 3 images, all the fields.
But in looking at the setup, I cant see a way of doing this. I want all users, free or paid to be able to post into whichever is their relevant category. But it appears the Form Layouts wont let you bind to the same category in two different forms.
Has anyone got a workaround?
Secondly, ok so I decided maybe try the following Ad Pack setup:
1) 3 Month Listing - Paid (eg $10)
2) 6 Month Listing - Paid (eg $15)
3) 1 Year Listing - Paid (eg $25)
This looks ok, but now I am wondering if I enabled the Featured Listings, how long does the Feature Listing get listed for. If they pay for the Featured Listing on the 3 Month Form, will the Featured Listing only be displayed for 3 Months?
If this is the case, it seems a bit unfair for a customer to pay say $20 for a featured listing regardless of how long the listing is for?
