Good old classipress 3 demo data

I have loaded and activated the good old classipress theme.
The demo https://demos.appthemes.com/good-old-classipress-3/ looks good showing all the demo categories.
Is there any way I can load the demo data somehow onto my theme ?
If not, how do i get me first page to show the categories to look the same as the demo.
i have not even figured out how to show the categories yet. I thought they would display automatically.
