Google Maps API

Hi there...

I get my Google Maps API for my site, and it worked for 10 days and now it doesn't shows the Location Map... does the rules changed?
then I get a new one for another site and another google cloud account with functioning Credit Card and nothing from the beginning... so it seems that happened recently

so my question is:

a) Are there any changes to the Google Maps API?
b) The AppThemes video for this case is 5 years old and it doesn't look like the new Google Cloud
c) Are there others solutions for Maps?
