    Header Image and Tagline does not display on cell phone

    My header image is not displaying on my cell phone along with my own tagline on home, navigation and categories pages, or 3 of 4 pages.
    The tagline is displaying "Just another WordPress Site". How can this be corrected? The pages are all fine viewed on my desktop.
