I don’t know why this is going on, but it’s not the embed codes.
When you log in you get a cookie that allows you to stay logged in for 14 days by default.
To avoid this issue happening to you so often, don’t log out.
The cause is related to Classipress 4. It uses a custom login page and when this issue occurs, the permalinks don’t work and you can’t load page /login-2/ to get the log in form.
It’s fixed right now - please contact AppThemes, the developer of Classipress, and tell them about this issue.
Mention to them that the only way to fix it is to rename the Classipress 4 theme folder to deactivate it, using /
wp-login.php to log in, rename the theme folder to activate it, then reset the permalinks.
It used to happen randomly, but now it’s happening quite frequently.
I just used a plugin to repair and optimize the database, hoping it helps in some way.
