    help with header

    can someone help me change the banner on the header.

    under, Settings, General, ads it has an upload box. i check it and upload my logo there. but when i save changes,
    nothing happens??

    can anyone tell me why this is not working? i go thru all the required steps to upload the image from my
    computer, but it does not change??
