help Ive update to 3.05.2 and now am not able to post a new ad??

I am not able to see any of my categories to select when I begin to post an ad? What is going on here? I was able to prior to the upgrade. Please help.

Also, if anyone read this and actually knows how to fix problems with this theme please call me asap. Edward 801 502 7319 I am having too many issues to mention them all here.

I have another website where I have tried unsuccessfully dozens of time to upgrade from 3.03 to 3.05.2 and keep getting a "file already exists error'. I will gladly pay someone to fix this problem for me.
