Hide 0 for parent category in price per category

I have set my pricing structure to - Price per category
In settings->listings-> I have set Allow Parent Category Posting - when empty

In prices for category I have set -
Cat1 - 0 (parent category)
Subcat1 - 10 (sub-category of cat1)
Cat2 - 0 (parent category)
Subcat2 - 10 (sub-category of cat2) and so on
Cat3 - 15
Cat4 - 20

Now in the post an ad form, it shows all the categories with prices like
Cat1 - $0
cat2 - $0
cat3 - $15
cat4 - $20

This gives a wrong impression that you can post in cat1 and cat2 free. Is there a way (or code editing) that can remove $0 from the parent categories incase "Allow Parent Category Posting - when empty" and their sub-category price is not 0.
