How to add and auto-populate 'Subject' line in Inquiry form

Hi there,

I have the 'Single Listing Author' widget active in the Single Listing - Main Content area.

But how to I add a subject line to the inquiry form and how to I auto-populate the subject line with something like "Re: (User's listing title)"?
