How to cancel Please enter at least 15 characters

I found this more restricted version 3.3.3 in the Description field.

I think it's less of this setting in the Description field:
Minimum Length
2014-03-15-2.jpg 2014-03-15-3.jpg
We do not limit the number of characters the user should enter, if this is an oversight, please developers fix it.
Please let me know how to cancel this restriction in the 3.3.3 version.
